1. Our Use of Artificial Intelligence

African Story MovieBox produces and publishes entertainment content that may be created with the assistance of artificial intelligence.

Our production process may involve AI-assisted script development, character creation, animation, voice generation, image generation, visual effects, sound production, editing, and other creative processes.

The specific tools and techniques used may vary from one production to another.

2. Human Creative Involvement

AI tools may assist our production process, but our productions may also involve human direction, storytelling, editing, selection, arrangement, and other creative decisions.

The extent of human involvement varies by production.

3. Fictional Characters and Stories

Many of our productions feature fictional characters, imaginary locations, dramatic situations, and invented storylines.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, fictional portrayals should not be interpreted as factual reports about real people or events.

Names, likenesses, voices, or other identifiable elements resembling real individuals may require additional consideration under applicable laws.

4. AI Voices and Visuals

Some content may feature synthetic voices, AI-generated characters, or digitally created scenes.

We do not intend to mislead viewers into believing that a synthetic performance is an authentic recording of a real person where such a representation would be deceptive or unlawful.

Where disclosure is required by law or appropriate to avoid misleading viewers, we will provide suitable disclosure.

5. Copyright and Ownership

The legal protection of AI-generated content varies according to applicable law and the circumstances of creation.

African Story MovieBox does not represent that every AI-generated element is automatically protected by exclusive copyright.

We respect third-party intellectual property rights and seek to use third-party assets only where we have an appropriate legal basis.

6. Entertainment Purposes

Our AI-generated movies and stories are intended primarily for entertainment.

Where a story addresses cultural, moral, historical, educational, or social themes, viewers should distinguish fictional storytelling from independently verified facts.
